I just hit day 100! I haven’t felt this great in a long time. I feel like my life isn’t just back on track, but that it also has a lot more meaning to it. Joining this sub is probably the best decision I’ve made in my entire life.
I remember someone on here doing a post about making sure you list how you’ve changed with your reports, so I’ll give it a try.
- I’ve formed a lot of good habits. I’ve showered, kept my room and car clean, brushed and ate on time, and worked hard at college for maybe 90 out of the hundred days
- I’m comfortable with how i look. I don’t care what weight i am anymore as long as i’m healthy. Getting to this point was definitely a challenge…
- I look at girls like they’re people now. I don’t think about their bodies when I see them anymore, which definitely helps with dealing with this whole challenge.
- I can confront porn. I think 2 days ago someone shared an article about Miley Cyrus basically being Miley Cyrus and posing like a pornstar for some magazine, and I was barely fazed by it. I mostly felt bad for her and how much attention she wants. I’m not at monk discipline when it comes to confronting this stuff, but I’m doing okay. I figure if this stuff is as prevalent as it is, I should learn to be okay with it without having to fap or objectify, you know.
And…that’s basically it! My next long term NoFap goal is 200, so hopefully I don’t screw it up. Good luck to everyone, and Happy Holidays!
